REFUND POLICY & TERMS
We hope you L-O-V-E your order! However... Should you not love it or you ordered the wrong size or finish or for some other reason you changed your mind, here's what you need to know:
Our returns policy lasts for 28 days from the date of shipment. Once 28 days have passed, you cannot refund or exchange the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (For your peace of mind, all of our products are lovingly inspected, carefully packaged to protect against heavy-handed couriers and photographed as record before they leave our workshop.)
To complete your return or exchange, simply return your items to 11 Rectory road Hounslow Middlesex TW4 7qe and drop us an email at (Admin@IseeIwantdecor.com) to let us know the return is on its way. Please include your name and order number and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Where possible, please use the original packaging for your return. We're sorry to say that items damaged in return transit because of poor or unsuitable packaging may not be approved for a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know that we received the item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within three business days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

We advise that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns and exchanges. It's not because we profit from shipping - it's because shipping is a fixed cost for us that we can't recoup. If you're shipping an expensive order to us, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
